Catholics Varan is a matrimonial matchmaking platform exclusively for Catholics across all castes, communities, and sub-castes, created to help individuals and families discover potential marriage partners. By registering, accessing, browsing, communicating through, or purchasing any service from Catholics Varan, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information while creating and maintaining your profile and must not impersonate another person, create a fake profile, misrepresent your identity, age, marital status, religious or community information, education, profession, or other personal details. The platform must be used solely for genuine matrimonial purposes and must not be used for harassment, abuse, fraud, scams, financial solicitation, commercial promotion, spam, inappropriate communication, impersonation, unlawful activities, or any activity that may harm another member or the platform. Members are responsible for their own interactions and decisions with other users, and Catholics Varan does not guarantee the accuracy, intentions, character, compatibility, background, conduct, or future actions of any member. Any verification provided by Catholics Varan is intended only as an additional safety measure and should not be considered a guarantee of a member's identity, character, suitability, or matrimonial intentions. Members are encouraged to independently verify important information and exercise appropriate caution before sharing personal information, meeting another member, becoming involved in a relationship, or making financial or matrimonial decisions. Members must not request, send, or transfer money to other users through the platform for fraudulent or misleading purposes. Any photographs, descriptions, messages, or other content uploaded by members must be truthful, lawful, respectful, and owned by the member or used with appropriate permission. Catholics Varan reserves the right to review, restrict, suspend, remove, or terminate accounts or content that violates these Terms, creates safety concerns, involves fraudulent or misleading activity, or otherwise misuses the platform, subject to applicable law. Paid memberships and services are subject to the applicable Purchase and Refund Policy, and purchasing a service does not guarantee a match, response, meeting, engagement, marriage, or any particular matrimonial outcome. The Catholics Varan name, logo, website design, graphics, software, text, and other original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws and may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or commercially used without authorization. Catholics Varan may update these Terms of Service from time to time, and continued use of the platform after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Catholics Varan shall not be responsible for losses, disputes, damages, or consequences arising from interactions, communications, relationships, meetings, transactions, or matrimonial decisions between members. These Terms shall be governed by the applicable laws of India, and disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts.
